Shipping & Returns

The price per load delivered may vary and is reliant upon the customer having a suitable location and necessary access to tip the load. If for any reason such as access or terrain topography or permission the truck cannot tip at a location the customer will be required to pay for all extra costs incurred. We always endeavor to ensure good communication with customers regarding deliveries so we will happen as planned. Please be prepared to take a call or 2 about the scheduling of the delivery as plans can change due to many factors.

Palleted items to all of the Republic of Ireland and UK are sent via TPN and their agents. For UK pallets the price varies based on the number of pallets ordered, as efficiencies occur the more pallets are in an order. We will not be responsible for extra charges due to repeat delivery attempts or inaccessible delivery locations. Couriers usually require flat hard/concrete surfaces to unload pallets.

Pallets will be left curbside with it being the customer’s responsibility to move them to the site or storage location.

ROI and Northern Ireland

Customers can return items within 14 days subject to items being returned in perfect, unused condition, though exceptions may be made for items that not standard stock items. Refunds will not include the delivery costs and return costs are borne by the buyer. €100 plus VAT for a single pallet up to 4ft x 4ft. Over 4ft wide and no more than 4ft deep is €200 plus VAT per pallet. A customer may organize their own shipping at their own cost also. After 14 days returns are at our discretion. Custom products or special orders may not be returned due to the customer specific nature of the product.

Deliveries via tipper, due to the nature of the delivery method and product cannot be returned.

UK- England, Scotland & Wales

We do not ship to Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, or other islands.

Shipping to the UK via artic tipper is flat rate. Due to the nature of the product and delivery method, returns cannot be accepted for change of mind and exchanges are not possible. Returns to a suitable UK depot will be arranged in the event of a delivery that is defective in terms of what was ordered.

Returns for UK deliveries delivered by pallet are accepted in the case of defective products only. We will arrange collection etc. once the item is secured and packaged as it was delivered. We do not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for orders delivered by pallet.

Lead time on orders

While we stock stone of all sizes it’s best to call before ordering if delivery is required urgently so we can work out the best solution. Deliveries in general take from 3 – 19 days.
